Content Policy

The following policy applies to all Sruper ("Entities")

Freedom of Speech and Limitations

All Users have complete freedom of speech guaranteed by the First Amendment except a few narrow categories that are not protected from Government restrictions. The main such categories are incitement, defamation, fraud, obscenity, child pornography, fighting words, and threats of all kind. Any speech unprotected by the First Amendment will be removed from the respective entity and the User generating such content will be further banned from all Entities.

For people living outside the United States: Any content that is considered illicit accoriding to the respective national or local law will be removed and the user generating the content will also be banned from all Entities.

Sensitive Content

Overtly sexual or pornographic material, defined as “explicit descriptions or displays of sexual organs or activities intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings.” is not allowed.

All other sensitive content is automatically hidden from anyone under the age of 18. Users aged 18 and above will have the option to decide if they would like to view the content or not. If you are posting content that you think might not be appropriate to certain users please mark it as "NSFW". This safeguard exists to protect younger users from exposure to questionable content, which might be acceptable to post accoridng to the guidelines, but might not be appropriate for them. Failure to appropriately label content will result in a ban and account deletion.

Self-Promotion, Advertising & Influencers

Self-Promotion of all kind is prohibited on all Sruper Entities. All posts need to be genuine and authentic. Any non-relatable self-promotional posts will be deleted and the User will be permanently banned.

Advertising is exclusively available to our selected advertising partners. Influencer Marketing of any kind is prohibited on all Sruper Entities. Any personal advertising ("products", "courses", "websites", "experiences" and anything applicable) or sponsored content will result in account deletion. You are allowed to promote products if you have no business relationship with the company. Failure to specify a business relation with a sponsored advertiser is against the law and will result in account deletion and legal consequences.

Authenticity

Don't impersonate others and don't create accounts for the purpose of violating our guidelines or misleading others. It's encouraged to use your real name and details for a better user experience.

Remember to post authentic content, and don't post anything you've copied or collected from the Internet that you don't have the right to post.

Please do not Spam or abuse your privilege to generate content.
